COVID-19

Due to concerns with potential travel-related exposure to COVID-19, international travel currently is uncertain.  Worlds of Spain does not know if there will be additional travel restrictions or health concerns that would require cancellations to our planned tour, and we cannot provide any assurances regarding your health should you get sick prior, during, or after the trip.

We are here to help and, while we are in a situation that is not ideal for any of us, we will make all the efforts to come up with the best solution for everyone given the circumstances. In order to help our travelers during this Pandemic uncertainty, Worlds of Spain has modified its cancellations and refunds policies temporarily.

Worlds of Spain does its best to avoid cancellations. However, it may occasionally become necessary for Worlds of Spain to cancel a tour due to Force Majeure (including the COVID-19 pandemic), Worlds of Spain will make a best effort to recover and refund any or all deposits or payments made.

Should Worlds of Spain cancel a tour 60 days or more prior to departure due Force Majeure, Worlds of Spain will refund 100% of payments for the land portion of the trip (except the expenses generated by credit card fees, and the cost of Travel insurance if applies.  Cancellations 59 days or less before departure, Worlds of Spain will make a best effort to recover and refund any or all deposits or payments made (except credit card and any other fees/cost involved in this matter). Worlds of Spain will only refund its travelers if the suppliers for the tour will honor a refund for all arrangements finalized and paid for by Worlds of Spain on behalf of its tour travelers. Should a refund not be possible, Worlds of Spain will issue a voucher of the original tour cost to be used with the following three years (not inclusive of credit card processing fee payments made towards their balances).

Worlds of Spain strongly encourages all travelers to purchase travel insurance to cover additional costs that may arise during a tour (airline tickets, loss of luggage, trip delay or tour cancellation, personal accident, medical evacuation, etc.). Worlds of Spain is NOT responsible for the recovery of airfares or other travel-related costs that you may incur due to a cancellation.  If you have purchased travel insurance, please see what your policy entails in these cases.  Allow us to reiterate how important is to have travel insurance with enough health coverage while traveling.   If you don’t have coverage, We STRONGLY ADVISE that you obtain sufficient health coverage prior to travel.
